Privacy Policy

Piglet · Last updated 25 July 2026

Piglet does not collect, transmit, or share any information about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests and works entirely offline. Everything you do stays on your device.

What Piglet stores on your device

Piglet saves two things locally, using your device's standard app storage:

This information never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server operated by us, because there is no such server.

What Piglet does not do

Pronunciation audio

Piglet pronounces Korean characters using the text-to-speech voice built into your device. The app passes the character to your operating system's speech engine, which handles the audio. That processing is governed by your device manufacturer's privacy policy. Piglet does not record audio and does not request microphone access.

Review reminders

If you turn on review reminders, Piglet schedules notifications directly on your device for the moments your characters come due. These are local notifications: they are created and delivered by your device itself. No push server is involved, no device token is generated, and nothing is transmitted. You can turn reminders off at any time from the Progress tab, or in your device's system settings.

Your data is yours

Children's privacy

Piglet collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no information is collected, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or request access to under COPPA or similar laws.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Piglet ever collects information, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described here with a new date.
